    The historic two-story ranch home has been lovingly restored to its original condition. The barn and surrounding property and buildings provide a romantic location and curiosities for rehearsal dinners, pre-wedding photoshoots, and ceremonies. Lush gardens and orchard settings make for one-of-a-kind receptions.  Spring is an especially desirable time for outdoor parties, complimented by the colors and scents of roses, peonies, lilacs, iris, and hundreds of perennials however the farm is a busy year-round event venue.


    The upstairs of the house is the perfect place for the bride to get ready for the wedding. She will glide down the stairwell through tall double doors to the outdoor venue where the groom and guests await. 


    The groom and groomsmen will have their own spaces in the historic bunkhouse,  groom lodge, pool parlor, and "Last Chance Saloon" to enjoy the comradery and stow away while getting ready for the nuptials and festivities.


    Your ceremony can be performed on spacious lawn areas or in the circa 1900 barn under soaring posts and beams. Dinner can be either in the barn or under century-old apple trees. Dancing afterward can take place in the barn, or under the stars.
