We're fortunate to have worked alongside an exceptional group of vendors, and we would be delighted to share that list with you.
Can you help me with finding vendors?
You are free to select your preferred vendors. However, the vendors must fulfill certain prerequisites such as providing evidence of a current business license and liability insurance.
Are we allowed to choose our own vendors?

We love pets, we allow only the Bride and groom to bring their dogs with proof of current vaccines.
Are dogs allowed?
We are pleased to offer on-site restrooms, equipped with air conditioning and heating. Additionally, piped-in music is available, and we're happy to tune in to your preferred radio station.
Do you provide restrooms or do we need to rent them?
Our parking area can host up to 25 cars, and in case of overflow, Shadow Mountain Church's parking lot is available next door. If any visitors are unable to make the brief walk up the driveway, we are pleased to offer a shuttle service via our trusty steed (Golf Cart).
Do you have on-site parking?
Flames, sparklers, or fire pits are NOT permitted in order to preserve our National Historic Homestead.
Can we have candles/open flame?

As outlined in the contract, it's mandatory to obtain "Day of Event" insurance. The certificate must specify liability coverage for all event-related activities and services held on the property, including but not limited to liquor, food, music, and equipment, for the event dates.
